Family Spring Break Trip

The property provided ample space for our family of 17. Steve was easily accessible and addressed our concerns in a timely manner. We did have an issue upon arrival. The property had not been cleaned. We waited outside nearly an hour and a half while the house was being cleaned. We were told we could enter while the cleaning lady was there around 5:30pm, it was awkward. Check in was at 4pm and she didn’t leave until 7:30pm. Steve did send an inconvenience refund of 100. Overall we enjoyed our stay

Fabulous for Boating

This is a group of 13 high school friends that get together each year for our annual Big Chill event. We all graduated between 1975 and 1978. This home is great for a group this size. Very comfortable beds and good privacy. Parking is limited to a max of 6 vehicles. Very good kitchen for a group this size. Everyone enjoyed the house. You can't beat the water access and of course, Choctawhatchee Bay / Crab Island were very easy to get to. We would definitely come back to this home in the future. Our only complaint was the yard was not cut, the back porch was not blown off. Our group spent 20 minutes cleaning the grounds when we got there. The interior of the house and the grounds simply need a major spring/fall cleaning then we would rate this home as EXCELLENT. The owner was very accessible and pleasent to work with.

Perfect but the cleaners

Everything was great except the cleaners lacked upon check in found dead bugs in dining room window. Windows full of kids hand prints, hot tub was not cleaned, owner had printout where was before check in but pictures show different.

Nice waterfront house

Great location with a nice backyard, hot tub, and waterfront dock. The house is spacious enough for multiple families. Kids and adults had a good time. The only inconvenience since we rented the entire property was that a couple of the bedrooms/suites did not have internal or direct access to the main area of the house.

Business Trip

I stayed at this property with some colleagues while we were in town for a conference. The property is right on the water and sitting on the dock in the evenings was awesome. It is located close enough to the beach areas to be convenient and far enough away to be quiet! Overall, I would recommend this property to anyone coming into the area for work or vacation.

5 Stars is not enough!

5 Stars is not enough for this home! From our morning coffee overlooking the water, my kids feeding the fish off the dock and watching dolphins from the living room! My family couldn’t of had a better time! The space was amazing and my whole family was able to stay at one home and everyone have their own privacy. The game room was perfect for my kids and definitely an added bonus. The best part was the cleanliness you can really tell when someone takes pride in their home. Location of this home was perfect, easy access to the beach and nearby attractions. A huge thanks to the host Steve for making everything so easy and his hospitality! HIGHLY recommended for anyone looking for an unforgettable getaway in Fort Walton Beach!
