For an up-close marine experience, Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park is only 10 minutes away, where you can enjoy dolphin shows and more 🐬. Okaloosa Island is also 10 minutes away, offering beautiful beaches and outdoor activities 🏖️.

🚌 Public Transport: The Emerald Coast Trolley offers a relaxing way to explore the coast. You can also take advantage of buses from the Okaloosa County Transit system to travel around the area with ease.

● For families with young children, a crib is provided to ensure your little ones have a comfortable stay.

● Pet Policy:
- Please note that a $100 Pet fee will be applied per dog.
- We are unable to host cats and breeds of dogs - deemed aggressive, per our insurance policy
- No more than TWO (2) dogs, no larger than 50 lbs
- Pets are not allowed on furniture & please clean up after your pets
- Do not leave your pet home alone unless crated (doggy doo-doo bags are provided)

● An inflatable queen-sized air mattress with built in pump is available for a 5th guest.

● Parking: The driveway has 2 parking spaces but it could fit 4 cars. If one car is parked all the way forward, you can fit an additional vehicle behind it.

● Please note: This townhome has bedrooms on the second floor, so access requires stairs.

1. For reservations of 30 days or longer, a separate cancellation policy applies:

• Guests will receive a full refund if they cancel at least 30 days before the scheduled check-in date.
• A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations made between 14 and 29 days prior to the scheduled check-in date.
• No refund will be provided for cancellations made 13 days or fewer before the scheduled check-in date.

2. If you are a local resident, you must contact us before booking.

3. Guests acknowledge that they will keep their noise level to a minimum after 10:00 pm; sound will travel through the walls if too loud.

4. No parties or events allowed.

5. This is a pet-friendly property! We’re glad if you were able to bring your pet along, but please note we have a few additional rules:

• Please note that a $100 Pet fee will be applied per pet.
• We are unable to host cats and breeds of dogs deemed aggressive, per our insurance policy.
• No more than ONE (2) animal, no larger than 50 lbs.
• Pets are not allowed on furniture & please clean up after your pets.
• Do not leave your pet home alone unless crated (doggy doo-doo bags are provided).

6. Guests must provide a valid ID that matches their credit card information.

7. Guest must provide us with a valid working phone number & guests listed on the reservation must report to us within 2 hours from the time of arrival if anything in regards to cleanliness does not meet their standards so we can help address the situation as soon as possible.

8. NO SMOKING or use of fire permitted in the rental; guest acknowledges that no `smoking` includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and `use of fire` includes the lighting of candles, incense, or sage. There will be a $200 charge per day of reservation if this rule is not followed.

9. There can not be any more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any one time, violation could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund.

10. Late check-out fee of $50 (if not authorized) applies for check-outs after 10:00 am. We`re sorry we have to charge this but we pay our housekeepers based on the agreed-upon checkout time and if they are unable to clean we still have to pay them.

11. Excessively dirty units will incur an additional cleaning fee and will be evidenced with photos.

12. As part of our commitment to maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, we require a midterm cleaning for longer reservations.

• For groups of 4+ guests or those traveling with pets: A midterm cleaning is required for stays of 30 days or more.
• For smaller groups (1–2 guests) without pets: A midterm cleaning is required for stays exceeding 6 weeks (approximately 42 days).

The midterm cleaning will take place on the 15th day of your reservation. This cleaning is mandatory and is designed to ensure the continued cleanliness and hygiene of the property.

13. The cleaning fee for the mandatory mid-stay clean will be deducted through Airbnb resolutions.

14. For your security and protection the property is equipped with an exterior camera in the entryway.

15. Guests who make reservations for over 30 days must sign our standard lease agreement and agree to a background check before check-in (it will be provided before check-in).

16. Please remember to take all of your belongings with you upon checkout. Any items left behind will incur a $50 Mailing fee (separate from the cost of postage). We will do our best to send your items back to you within a week.

17. Guests who fail to arrive for their reservation, for any reason, will be considered no-shows. No-shows are non-refundable, and no credits, reschedules, or exceptions will be provided under any circumstances.

18. If not following any of our rules forces us to refund or discount an upcoming or existing guest you will be liable for the costs.

19. If you were a previous/current guest and did not respect our house rules and our property, we have the right to decline your next reservation.
