Welcome to Destin West Gulfside #309! I'm Frank, your host for this great vacation property. This very nice beach condo is a 1 bedroom + 1 bunk room and 2 full bath. This beach condo is located in the Gulfside building at Destin West Beach and Bay Resort. The resort has direct beach access, many pools, hot tubs, and a lazy river. This condo provides a great view of the beach and pool! This is a great vacation destination.
I am dedicated to providing my guests excellent service and a nice vacation rental. With this vacation rental you receive a very comfortable and nicely decorated unit. To help improve your stay we provide extra housekeeping amenities such as beach towels, laundry detergent, bath soaps, keurig w/ starter pods, and more. I look forward to hosting your group for a beach trip!
*A bonus with this condo is the location on 3rd level. This is extremely convenient for the frequent trips to the lazy river on bayside of resort. The walking bridge that connects each side of the resort is also located on 3rd level. So you don't have to worry about taking elevators or stairs to arrive at this level. You are already there!

Rentals of jet skis, kayaks, and boogie boards are available on the beach located in front of the resort during the day. Pontoon boat rentals available across the street. You are also within walking distance or short drive away from many restaurants, grocery store, and activities on Okaloosa Island and Destin.

*Minimum age to rent is 25. Exceptions are sometimes allowed. Contact me with request. The number of guests this property accommodates is a maximum of six (6) persons. The group cannot be all adults (3-4 max). Please review the pictures! The secondary beds in the condo are only appropriate for kids, teenagers, and maybe young adults. The group is also limited to a max of 4 children (under 18 years old). Please contact me to request an exception.
*No smoking inside property or the balcony. Only vaping is permitted on the balcony.
