Great Place

We had a nice stay here. It was close to the pool and beach. Also, there is a lazy river that is part of the resort just a short walk across the pedestrian bridge to the other part of the resort property.I really liked the convenience of the parking garage at my level, so we didn't have to use elevators coming and going form the resort.

Awesome condo!

We really enjoyed our time at Destin West. It was nicer than the photos—bright, clean, modern, well-appointed. Our family of 5 was very comfortable. We really enjoyed the beach and the pools/ hot tubs. The location is very convenient to everything we wanted to do, and walking distance on the beach to a number of restaurants. We would definitely stay here again if we return to the area!

Perfect Beach Stay

The condo was in amazing condition. Very clean, well stocked and very welcoming. Had no issues with check in or anything during our stay. Close proximity to entertainment, live music. Kids took full advantage of many pools and hot tubs. Beach service always great. Would stay again anytime!

New favorite spot!

We normally stay at the Island Resort next door, but decided to give this a try since it had more space and we like to cook and feel at home. Well, it did exactly what we hoped for! We did expect to have another couple stay and share the expense, but they had to bail last min, but it was still worth it for us. Other than the June grass that lingered heavily preventing the usual clear water we're use to, it was a wonderful experience! We come every year so this will be one to book again!

The condo was very pretty. Floor needed to be moped. Had to wear shoes or our feet would be black. Location was good. We enjoyed the pool & the lazy river. Also the wi-fi was really bad. Hard to watch TV with it constantly going out.

Perfect getaway

This was our first time to stay at this condo, but we’ve been long time visitors of the area. This is a hidden gem! The location is perfect, the amenities - heated pool, hot tub, lazy River - were amazing and enjoyed by all. This property was clean, cozy and perfect for a week tucked away from all the stresses of the world! We loved it here and hope to visit 404 again - it was such a great choice!

Best location!

We’ve stayed at this resort multiple times. This location was perfect for a quick walk to the beach! Elevators were located around the corner, the beach and pool access were right there, and the condo had all the necessary beach accessories. We forgot an ice chest and a chair, and they had one as well as all the sand toys, and extra board, and more. The condo was absolutely GORGEOUS with a great view of the beach and pier. We would definitely stay here again. It was perfect for the 4 of us. It was super clean and well equipped.

Everything about our stay was awesome, from property management to the cleanliness of condo. The view is amazing and you are closer to the beach than what is shown in picture. You can hear the waves and relax.

Really enjoyed our stay. Great location. Didn't have to drive anywhere. Oh and thank you so much for having everything we needed for the beach! Didn't have to pack wagon and toys! I definitely will stay again if I come to the area.

Great place, lots of pools! Bay side was crowded at the lazy river, but gulf side was not! We had the pool to ourselves mutiple times! Only issue was the wifi, kids were unable to get a connection for school work unless they were on the bunkbeds or on the balcony.

One of the best beach trips EVER!

This room is magnificent... Beautifully decorated, great ocean & pool view, lots of space, everything we needed was there! I am superbly pleased. The couple of tiny issues we did have were taken care of right away and the owner was extremely responsive. I will DEFINITELY be back! Loved the resort...perfect location, pools & grounds were lovely. HIGHLY recommend.

Not thrilled

It was definitely cleaner when we left than when we arrived. And the the manager asked me to leave the house keeper a tip!??! Sand in the floor Dishes werent clean. Bed covers were dirty. I asked for a one day extension after my son was feeling better( he cut his toe on the broken shower door and got an infection) but one day wasn't acceptable to the manager. Won't be staying here again.

I give this place a five star on location as its right on the beach and was very convenient when you have small children. It was also very close to other places such as Gualfarium and Wild Adventures. However, as for the place itself, there were a few issues. The beds were very uncomfortable and seem as though they were old as it sanked in on one side and it also made squeaky loud noises just getting in and out of the beds. The wifi did not work and the A/C unit was very loud.

The condo was beautifully decorated and updated. It was very close to elevators, beach access, and the gulfside pool. Beautiful beach views and perfect view of the fireworks over the okaloosa pier.
