This newly renovated unit located in building one on the first floor and has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The kitchen is well-equipped so you can enjoy a great meal when you feel like eating in. The living room has a large flat screen TV with a blu-ray player, a sofa sleeper that will accommodate two people and access to the balcony that opens to the large courtyard area. The bedroom has a king size bed and a flat screen TV with a blu-ray player. The bathroom has a separate dressing area and a tub/shower combination.

El Matador Condominiums are located next to 17 miles of uninhabited beach. To make your Florida vacation unforgettable, our beach resort offers an array of amenities which includes two pools (one is heated seasonally), tennis/pickle ball and basketball courts, a fitness center, whirlpools, saunas, meeting rooms and more! Resting on over 12 acres, El Matador is beautifully landscaped and meticulously attended featuring lush palm trees and manicured lawn. The resort is accented by surrounding sugar-white sand, the sparkling surf, and is convenient to many unique shopping establishments fine restaurants and a variety of water sports.

Age Requirement: NO reservations will be accepted for singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian shall be allowed to supervise no more than 3 individuals under the age of 25. Parent or legal guardian MUST occupy the same room as those they are supervising. Any reservations made under false pretenses will forfeit all prepaid rents and deposits and will be required to vacate the unit.

Ground floor convenience

This is a well maintained unit with a beautiful kitchen and large island for easy food prep. The patio is large with a very nice and roomy table for 6 people viewing the courtyard and across is the entrance to the pool and beach. Out the door and in the sand in less than a minute. The El Matador staff was very welcoming and informative. Definitely would stay here again!

When we first arrived, we had a couple of issues, but as soon as I let them know, within a half an hour, they were already starting to address our complaints. The management was wonderful. The grounds and pool areas are extremely clean and neat. I would definitely vacation here again.
