This unit is centrally located on Okaloosa Island and just steps away from the pristine waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The comforts of home are provided for you in this cozy condo, including a full kitchen with all major appliances and items necessary for preparing meals that you can enjoy while sitting on the balcony and taking in the fantastic view. Washer and dryer are in included in this condo giving you the ability to keep up with all your laundry needs.

Business Trip with Beach Bonus!

Excellent WI-FI service, quiet condo, clean, convenient and safe. The beach is beautiful and inviting. Stewby’s is a short walk across the street, another bonus! The onsite staff is friendly and responsive.

Condo Ok, Common Areas NASTY, Booking Company TERRIBLE

I don't typically leave reviews, however I felt it necessary after this stay. Brooks and Shorey are the worst rental company I have ever had dealings with. Everything from the confirmation of my booking to them addressing the problems at the property. I ended up hanging up on them because the lady did not want to help me at all. I cannot judge the owners, but maybe more the rental company and keepers of the buildings. The unit itself was clean for the most part. The outside tables on the balcony hadn't been wiped in at least a year. There was a door missing between the bathrooms. That being said I also didn't realize the bathrooms were connected (this may have been my fault in the research), but there still should have been the door to separate the toilet areas from the shower. The closet had an old dirty vacuum a bunch of old tiles and a wash basket that belonged in the trash. Now the common areas. One pool was heated and the other not. Unless it was in the fine print I didn't know this. Because of this everyone in two separate buildings were all in one small pool. The elevators smelled like something had died in them. One of the two in my building made such loud banging noises that if that door opened we waited for the next one or used the stairs. Back to the pool, the area was dirty, the chairs were either broken or dirty, the pool was not cleaned in the 4 days I was there, need I go on? Bottom line I will not stay at this condo again. We paid a good bit of money for 3 nights and I would have had a better experience at a cheap Motel........

Needs maintenance and updates

The condo was in a great location and had been cleaned thoroughly. The building needs upkeep and repairs at gates and stairwells. The condo itself is in need of upkeep. The couch and chair are extremely worn and could use a shampoo. The dirty couch throw pillows mentioned in Sept 2018 review are still there. For goodness sake either wash or replace them!! It just needs some love. Fix the broken electrical outlet. Fix the dripping kitchen faucet. Update the color of paint. New throw pillows and a new clean area rug; updated bedding and this would be a stellar rental. Hit up Old Tyme Pottery down the road and you could do all of this on a budget!!! Without updates I would not recommend this rental. Didn’t feel clean enough to sit without laying towels on the furniture.
