This beautiful 1,433 sq. ft. of soothing living space is perfect for families or multi-couple getaways. Located on the white sandy beaches of Okaloosa Island, this beautiful penthouse inspires seaside living at its finest!

Luxurious Gulf views captivate the eyes upon entering the bright open living room. Relax for a sunset or awaken to the sunrise on the private balcony beyond the living room and Master Suite.

The Master Suite features a king-size bed (sleeps 2) with a full private bathroom. The private bathroom offers a walk-in shower, garden tub, and dual vanities. The 2nd bedroom also features a king bed (sleeps 2) with a full private bathroom. The 3rd bedroom features a twin-over-full bunk (sleeps 3). For your convenience, we provide our guests with linens and towels, as well as an in-unit washer and dryer.

Enjoy preparing and cooking meals in the fully equipped and upgraded kitchen!

Family Vaca!

While we appreciated the condo itself, we found the cleanliness to be lacking. Upon arrival, our feet quickly became dirty from walking barefoot. Consequently, we opted to wear flip-flops indoors. The kitchen items like pots, pans, and utensils were also unclean; for instance, a knife from the block appeared to have been used and returned without proper washing. We ended up washing everything before use. It seems that the previous tenants may have faced similar issues despite paying a cleaning fee. I do not think the owners are getting the service we are paying for. We did utilize the beach chair service provided with the condo, but were surprised to find out that there was an additional $15.00 charge to have our chairs placed in the first row by the beach. This extra charge was not in the welcome book so I am not sure the owners are aware of the extra charge. Furthermore, the equipment in the fitness center was either broken or in dire need of maintenance, and the air conditioning wasn't functioning properly, resulting in a very hot environment (90 degrees). We reported these issues to the office, who assured us they would inform the HOA. Despite these concerns, we have enjoyed staying at Watersedge before, appreciating its pool and beachfront location.

Enjoyable Stay!

The condo was bright and cheerful and was just as described in advertising. My grandbabies sleep in the same bed configuration at home so that was lucky. (Double bed on the bottom with twin on top.) The other bedrooms were very nice. Two suggestions I would make is that some of us of a certain age might feel more comfortable with a handicap bar in the guest bath and that you might add a few DVDs for young children. We enjoyed our stay!

Very spacious!

The size of this condo was fantastic. Our two kids had separate rooms and plenty of space to play and take breaks from each other at night. Washer and dryer were very quiet, which was helpful since our 3 & 4 year old were ready for bed around 7 each night! The balcony door wouldn’t lock, which caused major anxiety being on the 6th floor with young kids. We were assured it was getting fixed, so I have no doubt it will be.

A little pricey, but overall the stay worked out fine. It was clean and roomy. I must have misunderstood that there was a bed in the room with the bunk beds, because there wasn’t. Enjoyed the pools and proximity to the beach.

This place was even more than i expected. Location was great for our family, beach Front with easy access and pools to enjoy. This penthouse was the best condo in the building for its view and size. Will come back.

Perfect Property for our Family

We loved this property so much, great location and beach access. The pool was a winner when the wind was blowing cold at the beach. Everything was easily accessible and we will totally rebook this exact trip all over again. We are planning on a summer trip now. The ice machine was a nice addition and pleasant surprise since there was no ice in the ice machine upon arrival, I assume due to Covid cleanliness, etc. Over all, just a great family trip! The kids loved every minute of it and that's what counts the most.

Hassle free

Beautiful condo had no issues. Love the thoughtfulness of the owners to have welcome donuts and for sending a locals guide for food. We stay clear of chains and always opt for local food so the guide was wonderful.

Beautiful condo, beautiful beach.

Our family had a great long weekend at this condo. The beach was gorgeous and the amenities very nice. One of the pools was already heated on the first weekend of October, which was nice for when we tired of the sand. The property owners communicated very well, though I'm happy to say we didn't really have any problems to communicate.

Avoid at all costs

This was by far the worst vacation experience my family and I have ever had and we take 4 or more nice vacations a year. If you like the idea of having a window or door open to enjoy the sound of the ocean forget it. They have a monitor for the AC settings and humidity and know when the doors are open. I received an angry call from the owner that my door had been open for 5 minutes and the AC was set to 71 degrees letting me know they watched from outside to see how long my door was open. He said if it happened again I would be evicted and I was repeatedly harassed with texts. I felt like I had to contact VRBO because of the threats. They acted like it was inconceivable that someone would ever open a door and have the AC on and referred me to their welcome packet which, to be honest, I never opened. In there there are paragraphs devoted to not leaving the doors open and they sat they have had a problem with it with prior guests. Apparently I wasn’t the first, who knew? One thing I did know was that in the contract I signed I signed it didn’t say anything about making sure you didn’t leave the door open for 5 minutes with the AC on. Additionally the carpet severely needs replaced and it could really use a good painting too. The view is nice, but probably identical to hundreds of thousands of other condos or hotel rooms long that part of the coast. The area around the condo leaves MUCH to be desired as well.

Beautiful and relaxing

The property manager was very attentive and answered promptly to any questions I had at any time of the day! The condo and the view was very beautiful! We made the most of our time there and relaxed to the fullest despite being looked at awkwardly by the other families there, maybe because we were one of the only hispanic groups there. We will definitely consider returning in the future.

Needed Get-away

This location is right on the beach with the perfect ocean-front view from the master, living room and balcony. The beach is at your doorstep and so are various restaurants and other venues. The swimming pool was also right on our way to the beach and perfect foe a last-minute dip before going back to the condo. The condo is spacious and well-kept. We had 5 adults and a teenager and had more than enough room. Don’t forget to look in the closet for movies, games and wave boards. We left our travel cooler and a wave board for the next occupant to enjoy, as our car was too full to carry. The kitchen has everything you need, but don’t forget condiments. Consider bringing your own small container of detergent to wash your wets clothes before going home, as the condo has a washer and dryer. Thank you for such a great stay, as we celebrated our 17th wedding anniversary. We will gladly come back! Sandra How

Nice condo and beach view

We enjoyed our Water’s Edge condo. The view from the balcony was great! The condo was very clean and the pool was huge! The owners were very quick to respond to any questions before and during our stay.
