HOUSE RULES
âą Minimum Age: This property requires a minimum of one adult over the age of 25 stay at the property throughout the entire rental term. The primary guest is responsible for all additional guests.
âą Pet Free Property - Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the NO PET policy will result in immediate eviction, plus additional cleaning charges. Our building does not allow guest pets and Emotional Support Animals are not required to be allowed by law in vacation rentals.
âą All reservations include a mandatory rental agreement to finalize your reservation that must be signed within 48 hours.
âą CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 4:00 PM CST and CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 AM CST.
âą Easy self-check-in is available via the keypad on the front door - a personalized code will be in your arrival instructions at check in time.
âą No smoking/vaping/drugs/firearms allowed in our condo or balcony
âą Max number of guests includes guests of all ages including infants/children to comply with our vacation rental permit, HOA laws, and local fire code laws. Exceeding the guest count is grounds for immediate eviction with no refund.
After two nights I was covered in red bug bites (37 actually). IWe were on a house-hunting trip and I was not on the beach or anywhere else that I could have received bites in such private places. I sent multiple photos of the bites to the owner. Kevin (one of the admin hosts) said he would happily refund our last night because we had to move and was sorry that I had had that experienced and it was not the norm there. He subsequently claimed to have had an exterminator there who proclaimed the bed free from bedbugs, so he decided not to refund our last night. I am confident there are some sort of bugs; fleas, mites, noseeums, there either in the bed (there was not mattress pad or protector on the mattress), in the sheets or the carpet in the living room. As an owner of a short term rental, I understand difficult guests - I am not one of those. Would have liked the owner to stand by his word and refund our last night, since he readily agreed initially, never mentioning it was predicated on an 'inspection'. I will not stay there again and recommend others heed my advice.
Not only was the property nice, everything was so easy. Checking in and out and the best part (I would add this to your listing) is 606 garage parking is right beside the elevator, trash can, and beach access. Plus, the room is directly off of the elevator and trash shoot is right beside it. The least amount of walking Iâve ever had to do! I mean it is vacation!
