This well appointed 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located on the 2nd floor and looks directly at the gulf and beach from its spacious balcony. It offers a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, 3 TV's and wireless internet. This condo can sleep 6 with a king in the master bedroom, 2 twins in the guest bedroom and queen sofa sleeper in the living room. This unit also has it's own dedicated covered parking spot which means your car will stay comfortable even during the hot summer months! This rental also comes with complimentary beach service (seasonal) and a covered assigned parking space! The property has a gulf side pool (heated seasonally), hot tub, fitness room and grilling area. Located in close proximity to shopping, restaurants and attractions.

The condo was really nice. The beds were insanely comfortable and soft. Plenty of hot water. Kitchen well appointed. The beach chairs being included was a huge plus. Location great. Property was very clean. Communication was easy. Enjoyed our stay.

Great family vacations

The property was in a nice location. Parking for this unit was very close to the elevator to your right. We loved the washer and dryer. Beds/pillows were very comfortable in the master bedroom. I love that you have the beach literally right down stairs. The free beach service is great but, i don't know if this is all the time or just late Aug but we and everyone else was told to just go find us an empty chair and umbrella. A huge plus was our check in time was 4pm but by 11am we received a text that our room was ready. Overall i do recommend this unit. We stayed 4 nights.

WE WANTED A FUNTIONING WASHING MACHINE & DRYER

MAIN REASON WE GOT ROOM WITH CLOTHES WASHING MACHINE & DRYER. TURNS OUT DRYER HEATING ELEMENT DOES NOT WORK ! DRYER DID NOT DRY CLOTHES !! WE WENT HOME WITH WET DIRTY STINKY CLOTHES . THE WASHER DOES NOT SPPIN OUT EITHER ! . THEY SHOULD HHAVE MADE SURE WASHER & DRYER WORKED BEFORE RENTING OUT ROOM WITH WASHER & DRYER THAT DONT WORK ! RUINED TRIP !!

Right on the beach. The view from our condo was great the ocean and white sand.just 6 miles from Destin. Plenty of fun and food places. We had a great time.

The condo was very clean and had a great view of the ocean. Wish we could have rented chairs to sit in by the ocean (they stopped the day after we checked in). Would have been nice to have a working grill. Otherwise, everything else was very nice.

Loved the location and accommodations. The beds were very comfortable. I read a few reviews and we noticed as well that your feet would be black from walking on the floors. They didn’t look or feel dirty, maybe it was tracked in from the balcony floor. We didn’t have any complaints and plan to return to this condo.

Island Princess 214 - ROACH INFESTATION

Island Princess 214 ROACHES!! The last review I could find was in March and those individuals also reported Roaches. I wish we would have been able to find this review before we stayed at this property. Is the property a great location yes. Walking to the beach yes. But who wants to stay in a roach infested condo for a week. All was fine until we turned the lights out the first evening and then they were everywhere in the kitchen. The management company is more than aware of the problem, there was an already opened can of ant and roach spray in the closet. I don't know how ethically any company would knowingly rent an infested condo. We drove to Florida and are now going to have to leave all of our belongings in our garage for several days and inspect them carefully before bringing them into our home. We were charged cleaning fee to deal with every dish having to be washed before they could be used, all of our food had to be kept in the refrigerator or cooler that we bought. Clothes washed as they were warn, beds inspected daily and counters continually wiped down before placing anything on them. I think the only reason it was tolerable is that we purchased traps the first evening, put them everywhere and kept the lights on as much as possible.

Great time! Condo decorated very beachy. Everything we needed was there. Had to call about a clogged drain and it was promptly fixed. Deck was a bit small but we made it work. Easy access to beach and a beautiful view! We will be back.

Dirty condo

The condo was dirty. Floors especially filthy. Bathroom towels stunk so had to wash them before using them. Washer and dryer were small capacity load, dated and did not clean our clothes. Pull out sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Do not recommend this condo.
