The Space:

This beautifully appointed 1-bedroom/1.5-bathroom beachfront unit features a fully stocked kitchen perfect for preparing meals, a spacious breakfast bar with seating for four, and a comfortable living area with two queen-size sleeper sofas. Floor-to-ceiling glass sliders open to a private patio with direct beach access. The master bedroom offers a king-size bed and private half bath, while a full hallway bathroom includes a convenient tub/shower combination. We enjoyed out stay for the beginning of April 2026. We only stayed a few nights, but the property was clean and looked just as the photos and listing described. We were very happy to have all the extra towels and also the shampoo, soap, laundry detergent, and dish soap was helpful for a short stay! We enjoyed being on the 1st floor because it made it very easy for me, my wife, and my two sons (age 6 & 4) to go to the beach! You couldn't see the ocean from the patio because of the sand dune, but the landscaping was nice, the weather was perfect, and you could hear the ocean nicely. Overall, it was a nice experience.

Great place for a small family.

The property was really close to the beach which was the best thing about this place. Not very far from Destin at all…so gorgeous beach minus the Destin traffic. No major issues that needs to be addressed.

Perfect Set Up

1st floor right by the boardwalk was very nice. Small complex so getting chair and umbrella on beach was easy. Place was very clean and just as shown in the pictures.

Perfect Vacation

This was our first time, as a family, taking a beach vacation so It was also our first time renting a condo that was beachfront. This stay was everything we could’ve hoped for. Super clean, easy access to the beach, and the entire place was family friendly. We will be back again. Hopefully sooner rather than later.
