Everything was great except one rude staff member that did breakfast. She was rude to my children and cussing and complaining out loud when a child with his family (we do not know them) spilled their cereal.

Hotel smelled clean and fresh upon entering the building. Staff was friendly. Room was very clean. Breakfast was good and hot. Staff in charge in the breakfast area was very nice and helpful. I would stay again at this location if I come back to the Ft Walton/Destin Fl area.

The only issues were I found baby roaches in my room on Thursday night and they said they would spray of tell the am people but not sure what they did cause I had a few more durning my stay. Saturday night I kept getting woke up by closing doors and barking dogs so that was that

The location is great, plenty to do around there and some good eateries close by. The bed is so high that my wife couldn’t get in to it without help. The couch was uncomfortable. It was clean and neat though.
