Seconds to the Beach - Private Guest House!

This entire space is my guest house. Stay in a great location that is a 2 minute walk to a public beach and boat launch. Minutes away from all the military bases and Fort Walton downtown area, 15 minutes from Harborwalk Village in Destin. Relax in this newly furnished space. Make gourmet meals in the full size kitchen with all pots and cookware needed. A private covered carport is included with an additional space in front of the carport. Private bathroom. The main house is 30 yards away.

The kicthen is fully stocked with all cooking and eating utensils. The coffee table is a very special hand made piece that I commissioned to be built while I was traveling in Africa. For 5 and 6 guests, bed is via a queen size double air mattress. Their is an awesome gel memory foam mattress topper for the sleeper sofa. It’s amazing!

You have access to the entire guest house. A drive way with a carport and additional street side parking is available. I just ask that you leave space available for me to enter and exit the garage.

There are numerous places to shop and eat. Let me know if you need any recommendations. I will also be putting my personal recommendations in my guide book. If you are staying longer than a couple of nights and need to use the washer and drier, please let me know. You can use the main house laundry machines one to two times a week. Simply message me with your request. I'd be happy to give you access.

Guest 5 and 6 will sleep on a queen size double air mattress.
