The Space:
This spacious 6000 sq. foot house features a private heated pool & hot tub, private balconies, two living rooms, large open kitchen with two dishwashers, and a foosball table.

FIRST FLOOR- 1 king bedroom with private bathroom, large kitchen/dining/living room, laundry room, and half bath
SECOND FLOOR- 1 king bedroom with private bathroom, 2nd king bedroom, bunk room, living room, kitchenette, full bathroom
THIRD FLOOR- 2 king bedrooms with private bathroom, 3rd king bedroom, bunk room, full bathroom

The pool is gated:
$175 heated pool fee
$75 heated spa

Guest Access:
There is no elevator - must be able to climb stairs into the first elevated floor and so on.

Wonderful Family Vacation

We had a fabulous time at this beautiful property with our group of 15, ranging in age from 12 to 80! The house was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained—perfect for a large family gathering. The beach was absolutely stunning, and we loved how close and accessible it was. The kitchen was well-equipped and made cooking for a big group easy and enjoyable. A few things to keep in mind: the grill was quite small and oddly sized given the house’s capacity, which made outdoor cooking a bit of a challenge, pickleball is available, but it's on the mainland, so it requires a car ride. Also, the home has a lot of stairs and isn’t ideal for those with limited mobility, there aren’t any options for avoiding steps.That said, everyone in our group had a blast, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return. A fantastic place for a multigenerational getaway!

Holiday at the beach

Layout and size of the house perfect for a large group trip especially multi family trip. Pool and hot tub great for kids. You cannot beat this beautiful beach a few steps away.

Perfect beach house!

We loved the close proximity to all the good restaurants on Oklaoosa island and Fort Walton/Destin. The house is a great size and allows everyone to spread out. Very nice place. Pool and beach were excellent as well!

Lifestyle of the rich and famous

The property was absolutely beautiful! We had 22 in our group with plenty of room for everyone. When we had questions or needed anything the property manager was on it immediately. Can’t say enough about our stay. Made wonderful memories with our family that will last a lifetime! Thank you for making dreams come true!
