Escape to the beach at the Surf Dweller condominium located on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, FL. This family favorite condominium sits on the powder white sands of The Gulf of Mexico. This property is known for its large gulf front balconies with million-dollar views! Enjoy the private beach access, take a dip in the swimming pool, work out at the fitness center, play a game of tennis on the lighted tennis court, or grill some fresh seafood in the grilling area. Visit nearby restaurants such as Stewby’s, Fubar Pizza, or Aj’s Seafood and Oyster Bar. Visit local attractions such as The Gulfarium, The Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier, or The Boardwalk. If you want to venture out take the short drive to Destin, FL (The World’s Luckiest Fishing Village). Take a pontoon boat to Crab Island for the day or book a fishing charter. No matter how you spend your time at the Surf Dweller you will make memories to last a lifetime!

Best vacation we have ever had!

My MIL has ALS and we wanted to make sure we picked a place that we could move her around easily while also giving our kids an amazing vacation. This condo is by far the best. Letting the kids play in the sand first thing in the morning while drinking our coffee. The out door shower to spray off before going inside. The grilling area is right outside the front door. The location is top notch. We will be back!!!

We loved our stay here. We’ve been coming to Ft. Walton for 16 yrs and this was our first time at Surf Dweller. We love the location of this unit and the the large patio. Having a sprayer and outdoor shower at the patio was great. Unit had everything we needed and more. Communication was amazing with them.

We stayed in the cute beach house with 6 teenagers. We had plenty of towels and wash cloths. The washer and dryer make life convenient during your stay. We loved being on ground level. We would definitely stay here again.

Better than expected.

This condo was so much better in person than the listing images. Being able to walk right out to the beach from the porch area was amazing. Especially with kids. And the pool was much nicer and closer than I expected. Everything was in great condition and for a two bedroom condo, it was huge! We will definitely be returning.

The property was absolutely perfect for our group! Perfect location, plenty of space & everything you need in the condo. I tell everyone staying on the GROUND floor is a luxury item you can’t miss out on with littles and surf dweller 112 accommodates that perfectly! We will be back!

Wonderful Beach Condo!

Walk to the beach or sit with your feet in the sand right off your patio! This place was great for my family of 4. I have two young sons (5yrs and 3yrs old) so to have a huge condo was really helpful. It was also perfect being on the 1st floor! My boys loved being able to walk right outside and build sand castles and play in the sand without having to walk to the beach.The condo was very clean and had everything you would need! We would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Property is as described. Beautiful condo and met our needs. Our 3 y/o thoroughly enjoyed the 1st floor stay with the sand at our backdoor step. The walk to the beach super short and again highly enjoyed the ease of access. I highly recommend rental of this property. Jennifer was wonderful and very accomodating, as well as getting our left laundry on the way back to us. Thanks for the memories!!!

This place was really perfect for us. Plenty of room in the condo, the patio area was incredible with an awesome view, close to the beach and the beach service was awesome. Very nice to have the extra chairs and umbrellas provided with the room. The pull out couches were actually really comfortable which is unheard of! The kitchen was stocked with all the amenities we needed for all of our meals. The whole experience was really awesome! You can also step right off the back patio and check the flags to determine if it's an ocean day or a pool day! The only negatives we had were the pool could use a little maintenance and cleaning attention and the timers for the lights on the tennis courts did not function properly but it certainly did not put a damper on our trip. My understanding is these items are maintained by an HOA. Overall awesome experience!!!

Great family friendly place right on the beach

I would definitely come back here. The condo was clean and right on the beach. Lots of kitchenware if you want to stay in to cook, which was very convenient for us since we have 3 kids kids 3 and under. The back patio also has a hose and shower for cleaning off, which was extremely convenient. The walk to the beach is short, at most a minute or two dragging a wagon and 3 kids.

This unit was beautiful. Had more than enough beach towels, and bath towels/rags. Very spacious and accommodated my family of 10. Ease of access to the beach, literally walked out the sliding glass doors to a nice concrete patio, and stepped directly on the sand. Loved the fact we had beach service as well. We will be back! It was perfect.
