Ridiculous hidden fees I’d assume

Well, for starters, the staff was awesome. I was welcome by Kenzie working the second shift or mid shift. She dealt with a lot of hassles from customers as well. Had me to deal with lol. There was some confusion after booking with Hotels.com the hotel could not take my card or would not Read my card so the two nights I had reserved for 180 and some change was then turned to one night King suite for 108. The receipt from Best Western I stayed at said $80 and some other change was the cost of the room if I would’ve went just through them I would like my 28 dollars refunded to my card, please and thank you! Why would I use your third-party service to only end up costing me more for the room?

Nice reasonably priced hotel. The staff was very nice, amenities were good (pool, lobby, breakfast), and beds comfortable.i would stay here again for those reasons. The rooms are in need of an update. But if you ar ok with scratches on the doors and general need of a paint touch ups, this place will meet your needs.

Everything was amazing, I got the suite with the jacuzzi for my fiancés birthday and everything was perfect. The pool was shut down because too much chlorine but it was okay we had our own jacuzzi! Overall very pleased and would come back again!

Clean and comfortable

Room was clean and comfortable. Hallways and elevators were kept clean. Breakfast was hot and attendant was very helpful. Parking was a bit challenging. Would stay again.

Wonderful hotel

My wife and I had a wonderful stay. From the comfortable room to the swimming pool and the wonderful free breakfast and the staff was amazing and very kind. We will definitely be staying there again for our little get away.

Booked this specific hotel due to the heated pool the kids could use. Day before the trip we received an email saying pool hours and what to expect. Checked into the hotel… pool is “under construction” No where was this noted, we were not notified and the rude lady at the front desk wasn’t helpful. False advertisement!
