No coffee pots or microwaves in rooms

I don't know if it is a new trend, but the rooms did not have microwaves or coffee pots. I want coffee when I wake up, I don't want to get dressed and try and get coffee with 100 people in the lobby. I also don't want to go to the lobby to heat up food or water for tea.
