Comfortable. Quiet. Clean. Modern. Safe & Central. Enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located stylish home. This convenient 3 bedroom, 2 bath house comes with wifi, parking, available laundry & meal prep service for qualifying stays. Enjoy board games, use of bar equipment, a full kitchen, 55 inch smart TV, exercise equipment, and a coffee bar. The back porch is surrounded with a friendly play area, and a bbq grill. The property has exterior cameras and designated parking for your safety.

The modern home is centrally located near Downtown Fort Worth, only 17 miles from DFW airport and about 30 minutes drive to Dallas! This 3 full bedroom home features 2 full baths with tubs, and 3 large beds to comfortably sleep 6 guests. Our black out curtains aid and new mattresses aid in a restful sleep. We have a walk in closet in the main room and laundry bags in every room. We offer basic toiletries (shampoo, body wash, conditioner), snacks and water when you arrive. Blow dryers, iron and ironing board are also available. Great for the whole family, we include a high chair, baby changing table, lawn chairs, bbq, and more. We offer an additional paid laundry or meal prep service!

Work from our desk space or use the fast and reliable internet for streaming and gaming, we have a 55 inch Smart TV for any needs. Come together in the the open living and dining area with modern and comfortable seating. Craft a cocktail with our bartender mixing set, cook in a full kitchen equipped with all the necessary utensils, and have a seat at the table. Enjoy the coffee and tea bar throughout your stay!!

You can also enjoy the outdoor grill and fenced backyard with plenty of tree coverage with a game of corn-hole. We have 2 car parking available in the drive away and additional street parking. The property features a fire extinguisher, medical kit, and exterior cameras for your safety.

This home was exactly as advertised. The decor was bright and bold and we loved it! There were funny signs im the bathroom, the welcome mat just said "Sup", and all of the rest was in that same niche vein that had us constantly pointing things out to each other and giggling. I cannot stress how much we appreciated the coffee bar with its selection of coffees and various ways to prepare them. The beds were comfy, the sheets were clean, and there were plenty of towels. The kitchen was well appointed with enough to cook on and eat with.Our only complaint is that the bedroom we slept in was next to the air handler for the AC and everytime it cycled the fan was so loud it would wake us up.9/10 would still stay again but I'll be packing earplugs.

Great stay, helpful host!

The house is very nice and clean. There was only one issue with a smoking smell. The people who checked out before us had obviously been smoking even though there are clear signs that say no smoking. You could smell it as soon as you walked in. I messaged the host, and he was super accommodating. He brought us supplies to help clear out the smell. It was much appreciated. Before our stay, he asked if we needed any special accommodations for the toddler with us too. Would definitely recommend this to anyone. Family friendly home.

An older home in an established, quiet neighborhood yet it’s extremely clean and comfortable.. this is our second stay (from Michigan) and will always be our first choice. The owner is friendly and accommodating and truly this location is nicely central to most of the area. Thank you again !!

Before we even opened the door we loved it. The welcome mat said "Sup" and that set the whole vibe for our 5 days there. They had a corkboard with places to see, eat and details for checkout. Check in was super easy. The property was well maintained and the house was very clean and cute..

Easy Access to Convention Center and Stockyards

The house is as seen on the photos. Great little house for our family trip to attend to our daughter’s sport event. Easy access around town. Kitchen had all needed for cooking. Beds were very comfortable and ceiling fans in all rooms. *Props* to the owner for working with us when we thought we had booked for 2 nights and mistakenly only reserved 1 night. He helped with our belongings while his team waited for us to return. Sad that we had to leave as it was the perfect home for our trip. Who wants to stay in hotels anymore?!?! We would stay here again.
