Great room, fantastic breakfast,really comfortable

Everything was great, room was fantastic, shower was excellent, staff was super helpful, and the breakfast was really really good! Many options to choose from and something for everyone. The only thing I didn’t like was that my fridge in the room wasn’t working. Otherwise, everything was fantastic

Had a great stay untill the last night. People above us must of been having a party or playing soccer. Manager no where to be found and front desk no help

The hotel and staff were absolutely delightful. Everyone that my wife and I talked to was very nice and made us feel welcomed. The very nice lady that checked me in was brand new so she didn't know the answer to several of my questions but didn't hesitate to find out for me. The room was very nice. Nothing special but it was very clean, smelled good and was spacious with a nice refrigerator and microwave. The provided breakfast was WAAYYYY better than anyone could expect, especially for the room price. The area around the hotel was mostly industrial warehouses and manufacturing businesses so there wasn't anything to walk to or eat close by but there was plenty to do within a short driving range. We stayed here because of the low room fee and it was a short drive to The Fort Worth Stockyards. I highly recommend this hotel for any stay in the Fort Worth area.

Just stayed here one night in town for a basketball game. It was a really nice hotel and you could tell it was newly renovated. The staff were all friendly and there was nothing crazy that happened. The room was clean, bed was comfy, and everything was prettt spacious. Enjoyed our stay and would come back if we’re in the area again.

very good facilities, very clean, very good staff at the counter but I experienced 2 discomforts, the air acc does not cool enough, we had a very bad night since we were tired from a trip and secondly, at about 2:50 am the fire alarm sounded for several seconds and right away my wife and I went downstairs and the firefighters were already arriving since they are right next to the hotel and at the counter there was no one, there was no person in charge, there was no manager in charge, I got tired of calling and searching and there was no one, the phone rang and rang and the main door was open so anyone could enter the hotel without any problem. there is no security at all. we stayed downstairs until the firefighters left and then we went back up to the room. really you can't rest like that. I am very disappointed with the hotel. it is not safe at all.

The staff was nice. It was overall clean and quiet. But, the ice machine was broke, out of a 5 day stay we only had our trash emptied and new towels brought 1 day. The fitness center was 96 degrees since the air wasn't working in it. No milk for breakfast 2 out of 5 days. Have not ever had any complaints before about Holiday Inn express until this particular one.
