All of staff we encountered were pleasant, rooms and common areas were clean. They did earn that 5th star due the heavily advertised pool and jacuzzi neing taken out of service and not not bothering to state this in their advertising.. Bait and switch.... star due to their pool and hot tu.

Hot tub and pool out or order. Many things broken in the room - tub, a/c heat unit, outlet falling out of wall. Breakfast gross & expired items. Coffee cold, no creamer, no sugar. All customer service interactions were poor, rude and not helpful.
