The Awesome Home is a western chic, spacious home with plenty of room for a family of 6 or your crew of workers! Giddy Up and take a dip in the round cowboy dipping pool in the back. Brand new game room, arcade, and ping-pong! This is a fantastic location near the Panther Pavilion, The Stockyards, 6-Flags/Epic Waters, and just 2 exits from NASCAR! The Cowboy is one of several homes owned and/or managed by Vacation Your Way!

The Cowboy is a wonderful home with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a TV room, large gallery kitchen, spacious dining room, and the most awesome GAME ROOM with an arcade game (10+ arcade games on the system) and Table Tennis! Go out the back sliding glass doors to find lots of lounge chairs, an outdoor dining area, and a 4-foot-deep cowboy dipping pool!

THE HOME:
⦿ Gallery Kitchen: Large, retro kitchen with plenty of pots, pans, and utensils/plates/bowls/cups to cook a lovely meal. Full-size refrigerator/freezer (ice maker not available), oven/stove, and dishwasher. Professional K-Cup coffee maker and toaster. Also, a regular drip coffee maker.

⦿ Dining room: 8-person table with tall comfortable chairs. A great area to sit and work or enjoy a delicious family meal.

⦿ Smart TV Room: Couch, Smart TV, and plenty of board games and books to enjoy!

⦿ Living Room: No! We remodeled! Created a brand-new GAMING ROOM! It's awesome!

⦿ What? 50th Anniversary Atari arcade with 12+ games! And yes—full-size table tennis! Challenge your mate to a great volley of ping-pong!!

BEDROOMS:
⦿ Bedroom 1: Bright, spacious, and outward-facing room, furnished with a KING (Brand new!) bed with foam topper and a fully equipped modern bathroom.

⦿ Bedroom 2: Cozy, full bed, and closet.

⦿ Bedroom 3: Joyful 2 twin beds, TV with PlayStation 1 (games and DVDs provided), storage area.

⦿ Hall Bathroom: Wonderful bathtub (jets do not work) with shower.

Backyard/Pool:
⦿ Common area shared with Unit 2 (duplex). Units 1 and 2 have private entrances to this area. Several lounge chairs/couches, outdoor dining, 4 ft. cowboy dipping pool.
⦿ No water balloons, no foam toys in the pool, please.
⦿ Pool is open year-round. It is professionally maintained weekly. During your stay, please skim and clean out the filter daily.

⦿ We pride ourselves on providing a clean, sanitized space for your comfortable stay.

EFFORTLESS ARRIVAL:
⦿ Settle in immediately with fresh linens and towels already provided.
