Beautiful hotel. Breakfast is great! Room is comfortable. I would recommend. Pool was beautiful but in a bit of an awkward spot to be swimming and having fun. Shower in the room we got had no protection só when we showered, there was water everywhere. It was hillarious, my husband says there should be a natural slope for the water to drain one way, and not accumulate through the whole area. The no parking is a bit of a problem, but we Ubered everywhere. Definitely NOT a reason to stay away from this hotel! It’s close to a lot of the best things in town and super friendly staff! We’d go back.

I checked in and they forgot to give my passport back. The next day I check out and NO ONE mentioned nor called my room To say they had my passport. Only when I arrive ar my new hotel - 100 miles away I realized I did not have it. The hotel was the last place I called as I thought I had lost ir or dropped. it. When I then call the hotel and they told me they had it and I freak out as why they did not reach out (detail - reservation was inder my name). I had to pay 100 usd for someone ro bring it to me. I could not beleive how negligent they were with such important document.

This was a wonderful hotel and such a great place to stay after over 27 hours of travel to get to Brazil. Everything about the hotel was wonderful except for one very small detail- the bed has very small blankets that are about the size of a child’s bed and each person has to use one- you can’t share because they are so small. I would definitely stay here again, but I’ll bring a blanket with me:) the breakfast was wonderful and the gym was great as well.

Loved the style of Pauli, beautiful interior and breakfast was great. Unfortunately the building is not sound proof. There were people in the courtyard late and kids running through the hall after 11pm. Didn’t sleep well due to all the noise. Bathroom in suite could have also been cleaned better, especially the white grout.

Alguns pontos ruins que podem ser melhorados e outros que talvez não. A localização do hotel não é boa. Não há recuo para carros na entrada e fica perigoso entrar e sair de carros (taxis ou Uber). Há apenas uma tomada no quarto, sugiro colocação de um sistema tipo relógio com diversas tomadas. O pessoal do café da manhã não é atencioso como o esperado para um hotel dessa categoria. Há poucas opções de refeições no restaurante. Não há, durante o dia, alguma pessoa na piscina para serviços alguma bebida ou snacks.

O hotel tem tudo pra ser nota 10, mas peca em coisas simples. Ao descer do carro com malas, dois funcionarios da recepção viram, uma moça de oculos e um rapaz de barba, eu chamei pra ajudar, mas ele se fez de desentendido e entrou. Ou seja , tive que ir la, abrir a porta e subir a mala, já que não há uma rampa de acesso, esse rapaz trabalha na má vontade, tudo enrosca. - Aspectos da acomodação, a recepção tem cheiro de bolor insuportável. - O restaurante tá muito fraco de opções. - banheiro com limo de uma limpeza ineficiente - cobram por toalha pra levar na praia, ridiculo isso.

Sou apaixonada por esse hotel. Já fui 5 vezes a Fortaleza, nas últimas duas vezes estive no Pauli e pretendo retornar. Local lindo, aconchegante, funcionários simpáticos e o ponto alto é o café da manhã. Tudo de extremamente saboroso, tapioca maravilhosa, bolos frescos e feitos com todo cuidado. Já me hospedei em hotel 5 estrelas e o bolo era duro e de caixinha, péssimo. Uma dica que dou : ficar no quarto luxo pq a ducha é maravilhosa.

Jag har bott på det här hotellet flera gånger och det är alltid lika bra. Hotellet är jättefint, väldigt fräscht och välskött. Personalen är otroligt trevliga och tillmötesgående – man känner sig verkligen välkommen varje gång. Poolområdet är riktigt fint och perfekt för att koppla av. Frukosten är också väldigt bra med mycket att välja på och allt är fräscht och gott. Det finns ingenting negativt att säga om det här hotellet. Jag kommer gärna tillbaka och kan varmt rekommendera det till alla som besöker Fortaleza.
