From the residence, you are just a stone's throw from coastal paths, local markets and numerous water sports clubs. You can set off on an excursion to the Glénan archipelago, renowned for its crystal-clear waters worthy of a lagoon. In the evening, treat yourself to local specialities: crêpes, seafood, craft cider…



Located on the 2nd floor with no lift, push open the entrance door and discover the living room with access to the balcony. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, dishwasher and everything you need to cook as if you were at home. For your breakfasts, you will also find a filter coffee maker, a Nespresso machine, a kettle and a toaster. You can share your meals around the dining table for 4 people, or enjoy the one on the balcony on fine days to eat facing the ocean. You benefit from a reserved parking space in the residence car park, and an outdoor bicycle storage area is available (remember to bring a lock).
