This house is located in the city in a quiet area, only a few kilometers from the beaches of Cap Coz, Beg Meil and Mousterlin. So you can enjoy the beautiful beaches and the numerous hiking trails at any time of the day! You will have a large garden and a 55 m² terrace, ideal for enjoying the sun in the morning at breakfast and the sunset during the aperitif. A griddle is also available to enjoy in summer.



As soon as you arrive in this house, you will discover a large living area with sofa and television (the fireplace is not functional). The kitchen, open to the dining room, is equipped with an oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster and all the utensils needed to cook.

Also on the ground floor, you will find a first bedroom with a King Size bed (180x200) and a bathroom with separate WC. A laundry room is also available, equipped with a washing machine and a dryer.

Upstairs, you will discover the other three bedrooms: the first with a Queen Size bed (160x200), the second with a single bed (90x190) and the last with two single beds (90x190). There is also a bathroom and another separate toilet.

If you want to work from home, an office space is also available upstairs.
