This was our final leg of 7 weeks of hotel stays, we stay in dozens per year. The staff were incredible, all so nice. The main lobby was quite the hang out spot, and I kind of loved it! We were super bummed the pool can’t be used, the kids look forward to the swims on our stays. The first night of our stay was great, slept well, no issues. The last night though…the people in the room next to us slammed stuff and yelled for hours and hours. The sweet gentleman at the desk downstairs was so professional and apologetic, but unfortunately they did not stop. It tapered off after maybe 5 hours of incessant slamming in the room…but it made it hard to relax and sleep. It was a rare opportunity for me to get some sleep, and I couldn’t. The courtyard was the cutest, I would have liked to see the fire pit lit up.

I’d wish I was informed if there was or was not handicap accessible bathroom with a shower bench before booking. I have tried to calling and requesting a shower with a bench but there were no specific responses. The hotel should be more ADA ACCESSIBLE for all types of handicapped individuals.
