Holiday home renovated in 2024 with private pool and fireplace. The holiday home, furnished in the style typical of the country, impresses with a wonderful panoramic view and the proximity to the beautiful community of Francavilla di Sicilia, which offers you enough leisure activities for a varied holiday. The elements of water and fire give your holiday in Sicily a special touch. The nearby port of Taormina, for example, is a paradise for water sports enthusiasts: boat tours start there, and you can rent jet skis and canoes. On the other hand, you can experience the power of fire and earth in the Parco del Etna, which can be reached in about an hour and a half by car. Please note that with an occupancy of 4 people, the upper part of the holiday home is closed. Nevertheless, it is better to let one of the off-road buses take you through the breathtaking lava landscape instead of exploring the area on your own. Bus tours start at the tourism center Rifugio Etna-Nord. There is also a cable car and some chairlifts at the Etna-Sud station. It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Only small dogs allowed (up to 35 cm shoulder height). Air conditioning only in the bedrooms.
