Great property, with plenty of room for large families and children. Wonderful kitchen furnished with anything you can think of and plenty of seating. We had an infant and small children in our group and it worked out great! Although we didn’t have time to enjoy it, the large deck and backyard with the fire pit looked like it would have been great for a family gathering. Best of all, we were just minutes from downtown Frankenmuth!

This was great and suited our needs because of all the beds and full bathrooms. My only thing is it seemed unfinished, such as the pipes showing in the one bedroom , just enclose them, and that bedroom door was very hard to open And there were light fixtures that had no covering and just showed the bulbs. But would we stay here again

Great place to spend time with family

This was an awesome property. The space was perfect for our large family. It offers room for everyone without stepping on each other and a perfect size dining table for everyone to play cards. Loved it.

Perfect Place for Cousins to Bond

The seven girl cousins (ages 3-15) enjoyed sharing the big bedroom - lots of talking and laughing. The three adult couples each enjoyed their own bedroom. Lots of room for a large group.

Great location

We came to the Frankenmuth area for a ladies golf trip (9) of us stayed in the farm house. It was the perfect location for us to travel to all the golf courses we golfed at! The favorite part of the house was the deck and the huge table for playing cards at night!! House is very clean and communicating with Mike was extremely easy and fast! We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home

This home was beautiful and the perfect size for the 10 of us (5 adults and 5 kids). The kids loved that they had a big room to share with their own beds. If you’re into board games the dinning room table is perfect for them. Also, the yard is a nice size for playing yard games. It is in a nice location because it’s not directly in town but still close enough to town for the convenience.

Comfortable Home - great place for families!

This home was spacious, comfortable, had the best beds, well equipped kitchen, reliable/excellent air conditioning, and the communication with the owner was wonderful. This was our favorite rental we've had in Frankenmuth overbthe years. Definitely would stay here again!

Wonderful house

This house was perfect for our family reunion. The large room with five beds was perfect for the children, all the beds were very comfortable. The large kitchen was great for big group meals and we loved the fenced in yard and deck.

Great property! Nice location, easy communication!

The house was very clean and as pictured. Mike was very helpful and friendly in pointing out things to know for our stay. Beds were comfortable (seemed new) and were Temperpedic/memory foam material- which we love. Kitchen is nice, large and a great place to gather. Easy access to downtown Frankenmuth. Would definitely stay again if we return.

Comfortable stay

My entire family stayed here right before the holiday and it was wonderful. Very nice home and our kids had a blast. We would definitely stay here again and our host was also very kind and friendly. My dad can't sleep without a fan and he very quickly was able to provide one for him and one for our kids to help them sleep. The house had everything we needed for our stay.

Definitely recommend!

Great place to stay for a weekend away with friends. Our stay was great! The kitchen was perfect with lots of room and well stocked. The beds were comfy. Plenty of towels. Large table to gather as a group. Great lighting. Numerous laundry baskets to make clean up easy at the end of our stay. Plenty of parking for our group. Convenient location right out of town. Mike, the property manager was very helpful and friendly. It does seems like the house is a bit of a work in progress with a little room for improvement (exposed and capped off wires in one bathroom, unpainted patches on the walls, some cobwebs on light fixtures, and a few burnt out bulbs). Those things did NOT detract from our stay at all. We would certainly return again in the future!

spacious & comfortable

The space was more than sufficient for our 6-girl getaway. Each bedroom has its own mini split to control your own heat in the room. Beds were comfortable. Ample common areas for eating, talking, playing board games, etc. Be advised, no toiletries are provided. So, be sure to bring soap, shampoo, etc. Plenty of dishes available, but no cooking/baking supplies other than salt & pepper. Great location, close to town for shopping activities!
