The full kitchen has all the major and small appliances the family chef needs to create delicious meals for everyone. The drop-leaf table has two chairs and there are two stools available at the breakfast bar. Afterward, let the dishwasher knock out all those dirty dishes while you take your guests out to the enclosed patio. Have some work to do during your stay? The home's high-speed internet and free WiFi make it quick and easy for remote workers and students to complete their projects on time. The central AC will keep everything nice and cool while you work, and once you submit your task, you can reward yourself with a refreshing swim in the shared pool or a good match at the shared tennis court. The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
