Had to check out early due to fall and need to get to doctors. Would not refund me my money there were no lights in hall. Could not see where you were going. Reported said they could call them in.no air conditioning! I really need my money. I am senior citizen living off social security. I think that horrible. Also charged us to get in early!

A number of homeless people are living on the street. The hotel is clean, great staff and walking distance to the train station and the Römerberg area. The breakfast is also excellent.

This property is situated in a very seedy and run down part of Frankfurt. It’s not entirely safe. The rooms are very small with next to no soundproofing.

Fantastic Hotel! We loved the comfortable bed with individual duvets. The washroom was nicely laid out with a walk in shower and great water pressure. The breakfast was excellent! There were plenty of choices of hot and cold items. All were delicious! The lobby was very comfortable to hang out and order a pizza and/or drinks. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much.

A few blocks over is the Red Light District - the hotel is on the cusp of a bit more seedy area but relatively safe. Just need to be aware (as in any other big city). Location to most things is great, Train station walkable, Old Town - walkable), Zeil shopping area walkable. Room was good sized and met all my needs. Wouldn't say luxurious but didn't expect that either. would stay again.

Handy location near the station. Yes, the area is a bit dodgy but it’s fine. 10 min walk to the start of the centre of town. Nice clean rooms and comfy bed. Only negatives are no safe in the room so you have to take your valuables out with you, and very few channels on the TV (mostly international news channels).

Very close to the train station, walking distance to main tourist area. Lots of dining options, including several ethnic cuisines. Grocery next door. Laundry close by. Made this our base for day trips to Heidelberg and Cologne
