We stayed here for a weekend baseball tournament. This cottage was absolutely adorable!! It was clean and roomy, it had it all. The host was amazing as well left us fresh pastries. We will definitely be booking again.

I can’t say enough about how wonderful this property is. The host text us to be sure everything was perfect there. She even left us a box of pastries from the local coffee shop along with chocolates and snacks. The house was well stocked with more than everything we needed. If we play baseball in Franklin again, we will definitely stay here.

Great house, Best Host!

We stayed here two nights while we were in College Station for the football game. The was even cuter and cozier in person than the pics! The house is recently remodeled and the host has thought of everything! Beds were great, everything was super clean, and the host left a box of pastries that served as a great breakfast both mornings. We loved the home and would definitely stay again!

Amazing little getaway

Everything from check in to check out was a smooth and great experience. The house is so comfortable, cozy and cute. All the amenities are high quality and I can’t think of any item that was not provided. Great yard, and location, especially if you’re in town for baseball! We will be back again!

PERFECT house for Baseball Tournament

This house is the PERFECT place to stay for baseball tournament in Franklin!! We were here for my son’s tournament weekend. Very comfortable for our group of 6. It is 5 to 10 minutes to the ballpark. The house is precious, very well maintained, cold AC! Great communication with the host who accommodated all of our needs & always replied quickly. I can’t say enough good things about this lovely home:):) We will be back for future tourneys!

Perfect spot in Franklin

Stayed at the Sanctuary for a baseball weekend at The Ranch in Franklin. House is conveniently located within half a mile of the field. The house was super clean and had everything we needed and more for the weekend stay. Had room for more if 2 families or possibly 3 dads and sons wanted to stay together.
