Your rental offers lovely mountain views, shared access to a year-round hot tub, a modern, updated kitchen, and a sunny, open living room with a cozy gas fireplace. Relax after a day of skiing and peruse a collection of records, DVDs, and games.

Nearby attractions include Fraser Tubing Hill, the family-friendly Colorado Adventure Park, and the new Grand Park Community Recreation Center--and of course, Winter Park ski resort.

LIVING AREAS

Natural light pours into a contemporary open-concept living area. There’s plenty of comfy seating available (including a sleeper sofa) and a 45” flat-screen TV. Enjoy the warm ambience of a cozy gas fireplace.

KITCHEN & DINING

Whip up hearty meals in the stylish kitchen. This upscale space has a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a gas range and side-by-side refrigerator. A breakfast bar seats three, and there’s room for another six at the adjacent dining table.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

This condo sleeps up to 11 guests between the three bedrooms and a full-size sleeper sofa in the living room. If needed, a queen-size air mattress is also available. Located on the top floor, a master bedroom with vintage ski posters boasts a comfy queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. On the lower level, a second bedroom offers a full-over-full bunk bed, full-size trundle bed, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom (on the same floor as the master) comes with a queen bed, lovely mountain views, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. An additional half bath provides added convenience.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Enjoy the fresh pine-scented air on your private balcony, offering a gas grill and seating for three. This condo has shared access to a year-round outdoor hot tub.

EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV, a Roku, a record player and Bluetooth speaker, and a washer/dryer. There’s parking for one vehicle in the private garage and one vehicle in the driveway (parked in tandem, in front of the garage). Additional parking is located nearby.

There is an electric vehicle charger available (L2 charger).

Hit the slopes at Winter Park Resort just 6.8 miles away. In addition to world-class skiing, this sprawling resort offers a host of warmer weather activities, including mountain biking, horseback rides, and Colorado’s longest alpine slide!

For an easy ride to the slopes, hop on the ski shuttle — it stops just a quick stroll from your door.

For more fun in the snow, drive 1.7 miles to Fraser Tubing Hill. Or head 1.8 miles to enjoy the rides and attractions at the family-friendly Colorado Adventure Park.

You’ll also find a selection of local eateries within 1.5 miles from your door.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Colorado Christmas

The property was great! The house was cozy, comfy, and had everything we needed. The house was nicely organized and clean upon arrival. The only issue was that upon arrival the house was terribly cold (55 degrees inside) and it took quite a while to warm up. Also, several emails stated the hot tub was out order when in fact it was not. Not a house issue by any means, but something Vacasa needs to be aware of.

Excellent stay!

My husband, 11yo and I stayed at the property this summer and had a wonderful time. The house is just as described, very warm and inviting. We loved having the fireplace on and cooked up many meals—so nice to have all the cooking utensils etc. The neighbors were kind and welcoming. Great access to trails, gravel ride options, and the resort.

6 week getaway!

Spent 6 weeks here Nov-early Dec 2020. Kids did virtual school and husband worked from house during week. After school and weekends we explored Fraser and nearby Colorado towns. The house was the perfect place for us to get away from the hustle and bustle of life back home and just enjoy Colorado. Would definitely recommend and would come back in a heart beat!

Great place. Perfect size, Great looking and very convenient location

We loved the look of the place. I was very updated but still kep a sense of place with some mountain touched. They had lots of fun elements like games, hammock swings on the patio and record player. There were just 4 of us but could have held many more comfortably. It was really well equipped. We had a our dogs with us. It was a great location to be able to get them on walks easily. I would have preferred a fan at night for a little circulation in the bedrooms./

There was way too much dog hair on bedding and blankets and not enough towels and bugs in dishes.

I also had trouble with the heat and management company had to call owners to turn up heat because it was so cold. Also too much dog hair and I am a person that doesn’t mind a little bit but I do not want to have blankets and pillows that have dog hair on it.

Comfortable condo, great setting

We were there for a month which makes it an interesting experience as a renter. You have to be comfortable in more of a day to day routine and this place was great for that. The location is perfect as a day to day living experience and a place to stage excursions. Loved it!
