Need to get cob webs. Would be nice to have a stool to prop feet up when sitting on sofa or to use as coffee table. This place had everything from little chocolates, popcorn, good shower and bed! Thank you we had a relaxing time. And your suggestions for restaurants and ice cream were great Connie.

Great stay over all! Nice, quiet neighborhood. It's far enough away from the busy area of Main Street but easy enough to get to quickly. Host was very reaponsive. Decor was very creative , colorful and fun! The room did get a little too cold with the air conditioner and we couldn't figure out how to shut it off, like it was being controlled elsewhere.

WE ENJOYED OUR STAY!!! First, shout out to the property owners, they were great!! Excellent communication, addressing any questions we had. Very kind and pleasant to work with. Very close to Main street, food, shopping etc. The decor is so pretty and we had everything we needed. I loved all the personal touches and you can tell everything was well thought out. My sister and I loved the interior! The bed was comfy, too. I loved all the little informative notes. Ron and Connie were really kind and easy to talk to. It’s situated on a quiet end of a neighborhood but only maybe five minutes from the public parking behind Main Street. I loved taking morning walks before the day got going and then having coffee at the outdoor space. We loved it and want to stay there again the next time we are in Fredericksburg.

Cute and comfy place to stay with a very attentive hostess!

We really enjoyed our time at Casa Mariposa! The rental was decorated very cute, the accommodations were comfortable, and it had everything we needed for a weekend away. It was also extremely clean and the hostess was very kind and prompt to answer our questions regarding not only the rental, but also with recommendations on places to visit and park in town. Her communication was excellent and much appreciated. I highly recommend booking this rental for your next visit to Fredericksburg! As a bonus we also saw several deer roaming the property or directly across the street each evening.
