This house is a good location right outside of down town Fredericksburg. It feels minimalist, but has everything that you need. It is very clean with comfortable beds and bath towels. There is road traffic noise when you sit on the porch, but we could not hear it from inside. We would stay again.

Perfect place for getaway

The property was just perfect for our little getaway. The house was clean, beds were comfortable, shower was wonderful. It had everything we needed and we felt safe even coming in from town very late.

Hill Country Road Tour

Bringing 4 couples together to tour the Hill Country in our classic cars were made so easy booking 2 of these units. Steve was great with communication and accommodating our plans, parking needs and last minute changes. Location provided quick access to the highways and proximity to downtown for dinner and entertainment. Do yourself a favor and book now.

Slept like a baby

Loved our stay #4. This house is beautiful. The couch was comfortable. The kitchen is very nice. We only used it for coffee and charcuterie. But seems to have all you need. The bathrooms are very pretty and great water pressure in the shower. The beds were probably my favorite thing. The bedding is soft and cozy. The bed is sooo comfortable! The pillows were very nice. All in all it’s a beautiful house. Grounds are very pretty. Will be back.
