Great property, just like description

Check in was a bit of a process as we did not get the code for check in ahead of time. Thankfully owner is on the property, went to knock on the door. Everything else was great. Room was spacious and clean. Would definitely stay again.

Great spot for a short stay in Fredericksburg

We stayed one night and overall had a solid experience. The owners were very kind and accommodating—allowing us to check in a few hours early, which we really appreciated. The space was clean, nicely decorated, and matched the listing photos well. It’s clear they take good care of the property.The location is excellent—just minutes from Main Street, restaurants, and shopping. While the surrounding neighborhood felt a little rough around the edges, we never felt unsafe.The guest space is at the end of the owners’ driveway and next to their house. It’s cozy and well-designed, lack of curtains and a few extremely minor maintenance issues were small drawbacks. Still, these didn’t significantly detract from our stay.Would recommend for a night or two if you’re prioritizing location and convenience!

Beautiful little cottage

From the moment we opened the door and heard soft gentle music coming from the TV, saw the room and all its ambiance we knew we'd made the right choice!Everything was spotlessly clean and the layout was well thought out. We even found water bottles in the fridge. The only drawback was the fact that the mattress was REALLY SOFT! FOR folks who prefer an extra firm mattress this was justwas disconcerting, to say the leastleast. Our fault though. We should have asked before hand. All in all, it was a delightful stay.mattress REALLY SIFT!

Darling!!!

My husband and I enjoyed this darling little place so much. It was absolutely PERFECT!! Annnnd the hot tub was a BONUS and the little side area with the table and chairs (the weather was AMAZING so we sat outside and visited, which was wonderful
no people, no cell phones, no TV). It was immaculate and decorated so CUTE! It had all the amenities we needed; even a couple of beach towels for the hot tub. We would bring a couple extra bed pillows our next stay, because we both sleep with two pillows. I would highly recommend this darling place and we plan to stay here again. We didn’t mind driving to downtown and parking, because I like to shop and wouldn’t wanna carry all the bags back if we walked.

Great for the price

It's a "new build". Pillows were flat and there were no extra. When I asked mngmt to drop more off, they misunderstood and brought just pillow cases. AC unit wouldn't get lower than 75 degrees on our last night in the space. It was July, so could of been because of that.

Perfect romantic getaway!

We loved our stay here and will def be back! Bed was comfortable, had coffee, shower was nice and the hot tub was great to use before night. Close to everything we needed. Had some questions initially on how to work the heater and host responded right away to help us out.

Not only GREAT, BUT SUPER GREAT!

We were in Fredericksburg for our 58th anniversary and wanted to try a Vrbo for just the two of us. (have used Vrbo for larger gatherings). This place was perfect and the owners were right next door to greet us, and yet did not bother us at all. We had one question, and the owner was there immediately to show us how to operate the heater. Very clean, tastefully decorated, and perfect for two people. We’ll be back.
