KITCHEN - Fully equipped kitchen with a regular coffeemaker
BREAKFAST - No breakfast; coffee and tea are provided
AMENITIES - Smart TVs with ROKU (65” living area & 50” in each bedroom), WiFi, private fenced backyard with hot tub, firepit & café lights, front porch with Adirondack chairs

There are four structures on the property (your accommodation, two casitas, and one large casa). Your accommodation is approximately 15 feet away from the two casitas and 140 feet away from the casa.

Great Property
This cabin was wonderful. Very conveniently located close to town, but very quiet! Exceptionally clean and everything was very high quality. Our only suggestions are to fix the water pressure in the showers :)

Home away from home!
We absolutely adored this cabin! This cabin was clean, well taken care of and maintained! Comfy bed and the fact that a fan was provided was much appreciated. I Cant sleep without some sort of noise. Most of all we enjoyed the secluded hot tub and fire pit! We couldnt even hear the cabins next to us! Perfect for a relaxing time!
We rated it 4 stars because of the water pressure. Its very finicky trying to get the water warm instead of either cold or hot. To get the soap out if my long hair took forever but we still enjoyed every minute of our stay!

Great quiet spot close enough to downtown Fredericksburg
Really enjoyed the unit. Hot tub in the backyard was perfect. Very comfortable bed. Might want to get a no slip pad for the inside of the shower. Would definitely stay again.
