Where do I start? The couch in our room was covered in dog hair, the pull out bed was falling apart and sunken in, the walls were covered in grime, the floors looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in months, there was a clump of hair in the bedsheets, the breakfast options were terrible, the fitness room was closed. I’ll stop there. Will not be staying here again.

Location was good, and the staff was nice, but the hotel needs major updating and cleaning. The rooms were a good size, but the beds were small (full size) and very worn out. We checked with the front desk to see if we can upgrade to a queen bed but were told all rooms were full size. Our sheets and pillowcases also had stains on them. I'd recommend paying a little more and staying at the Hilton where it looked nicer.

Our room has a broken mirror, and unpainted/unfinished light switches. The A/C doesn’t work right it was set to 62 because the room was hot and not cooling and it never really cooled it stayed almost sticky thru the night. The hotel is being remodeled and is currently still in an older design not nice like other L.A. Quintas I’ve visited. The lobby is nice and modern as well as the sitting area you eat breakfast. But the room was very disappointing.

The room was clean, not spotless. The facility’s rooms definitely should be updated. The room door would stick. It was difficult to open from inside the room. The water pressure in the bathroom was great. My suggestion would be to go to high boy toilets instead of the shorter ones.
