Step back in time, to the 1870's, while still enjoying all the modern comforts you love. Grand Oaks Ranch is a 5-bedroom, 3-bath getaway on 22 peaceful acres with a pool, hot tub, game barn, and plenty of space to stretch out.

Unwind by the pool, sip wine at sunset, roast s’mores in the fire pit, or take on your friends in a late-night ping pong battle. Whether you’re here with family, friends, or a wedding party, this is the Hill Country retreat you’ll be talking about long after you leave.

This is the kind of place where mornings start slow and nights end late.

The pool and hot tub sit under open sky with views of the hills. The game barn has shuffleboard, ping pong, and a poker table for the inevitable tournament. The fire pit is big enough for everyone and stays lit as long as you do (subject to county burn ban status. We'll let you know before your stay). And the kitchen is fully stocked for the person in your group who insists on cooking breakfast.

Out on the property, cows, goats, donkeys, and horses go about their day. They're part of what makes this place feel special.

🛏 SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
* Pioneer Room: King bed in the original 1870's cabin - the oldest room you'll ever sleep in
* Double Queen Room: shares a shower bath with the Pioneer Room - the second oldest room you'll ever sleep in
* Double King Room: its own wing, a kid-size daybed, and a full bath just outside the door
* Upstairs King: shares a shower bath with the bunk room
* Bunk Room: 3 built-in twins for the coolest sleepover ever

Total: 4 Kings, 2 Queens, 3 Twins, 1 Twin daybed. Sleeps 16 comfortably. Plus a Queen sleeper sofa in the barn loft for two more.

* No pets — livestock live on the property and we need to keep everyone safe
* The animals are best enjoyed from a comfortable distance
* You may see their caretakers coming and going during your stay
* Professional décor setup is required for events — we'll connect you with our partners

💡 PRO TIP Want more time? We get it. For a small fee, you can add a late checkout (one more swim, one more coffee on the porch) or an early check-in (start the weekend sooner). Availability depends on the calendar — just ask before or when you book.

Grand Oaks Ranch is a dedicated wedding venue, not just a rental with extra space. We host celebrations for up to 100 guests with ceremony and reception spaces, professional-grade furnishings, and on-site lodging.

Wedding packages are priced separately from the nightly stay and vary by season, day of the week, and guest count. To give you a rough sense of investment:
Weekday celebrations (Mon–Thu, venue only): from $1,250
Full wedding weekends (Fri–Sun, rehearsal dinner through farewell brunch): from $2,450

What's included with every wedding package:
- Ceremony + reception spaces (barn, turf lawn, full grounds)

- Caterer's prep kitchen with commercial fridge & freestanding ice maker

Every couple at Grand Oaks also gets access to our planning portal. It's where your wedding comes together - a shared checklist, vendor tracking, timeline builder, layout planner and everything you and our team need to make sure your day runs smoothly. Whether you're working with a professional planner or managing it yourselves, the portal keeps everyone on the same page.

Coming Summer 2026: Six grain silo homes sleeping up to 40 additional overnight guests, held exclusively for your wedding group.

Important: All events require advance approval and are booked directly with our team, not through the standard house booking. Main Street is ten minutes away. There are 50+ wineries within a short drive. Enchanted Rock is just up the road. But honestly, most groups end up spending more time at the ranch than they planned
