Very clean and quiet. We had a nice river view. Huge room with lovely smelling soap and shampoo. Friendly staff and good location. Our only complaint was that the parking lot was a little far without a convenient drop off area for heavy luggage and a rolling rack. We would definitely stay again :)

I specifically booked a king room and when we got to the hotel, it was a room with 2 queens. They said I was upgraded to a room facing the river because they were booked full. This doesn't make sense to me, this was a down grade, we wanted a king bed, not 2 queen, an upgrade would have been the king with river view. Also only one elevator working and hallway is kinda loud. Nice hotel. Opted for the breakfast buffet, which is actually nice and worth it, they will cook you fried or poached eggs if you don't want the buffet scrambled eggs and oatmeal.

Excellent location near downtown and walking trails long the river. All staff friendly and accommodating. We booked 2 queen bed premiere room. Rooms were spacious and very clean. They were down to 1 elevator but it wasn’t that bad. Overall we had a great stay. Thank you.
