The staff is great but the hotel has clearly deferred maintenance and updates for years. The small wing with the second floor is a dump. The main building is better but worn out. The lobby promises a much different experience The location is perfect.

It was a lovely place to stay in Fredericton with convenient access to the walking path. The only drawback was the air conditioner in our room was distractingly loud.

Stopped here for a night during a road trip. A great location!! Right in the middle of downtown with lots of dining options in close walkable distance, and located right by a scenic walking trail along the river.

This hotel was located in an very safe area with walking trails very accessible. The staff were very friendly in all locations throughout the hotel. Dining options associated with the hotel were great, especially The Joyce. The only downside was a musty odour in the room.

Close to Parliament building, Art museum, History museum, and lots of dining options and shops downtown. Loved that we could just walk many places and explore the historic sections of the city.
