Great value and I always stay here while in Fredericton. Only thing that would be nice is smart TV's so you can use your own streaming accounts.

Location was great. Price was reasonable. Breakfast was acceptable. The facility was really dirty. My room number 108 where I stayed with my two year old was so dirty that after he walked around the floor in his bare feet after his bath they were black. It’s was disgusting. We came prepared to swim but when I checked out the indoor pool and hot tub it was apparent at a glance that they were not clean and well maintained.

Door seal was non existent- could hear and see right outside I. Hallway. No privacy at all. Towels were ripped up and room was dirty and very old / out dated. Not worth the cost at all.

Have stayed there several times while visiting Fredericton. Never any issues. Single bed rooms are a little small for 2 people especially if staying more than a couple days. Rates are good in comparison to similar hotels.

The room was clean, but I cannot say the same for the rest of the hotel. Also, the breakfast was under average and we ended up throwing our sausages in the garbage. Lastly, the pre-check in is pointless, since they will ask you for your information once again. Given the price I paid for the room and what we experienced , I won’t be returning.
