Beware, make sure the elevator is working as we were put on the fourth floor with heavy luggage and no assistance from the hotel. The elevator was not working and apparently had not been working for quite a long time. The pool was also out of order.

Elevators down long term anc the room they wanted to give us was on the 4th floor. My wife is recovering from knee surgery and was looking forward to the pool...but that was closed. The front desk clerk didn't want to forward our issues to the owner managers.

The wall unit wouldn’t shut off so we had to unplug it. When mentioned to front staff was told there was no one to help. The elevators were not working and apparently hadn’t been for a time. I was asked if I knew this at check in. How was I to know that. I’m waiting for knee surgery and was placed on second floor. We couldn’t get the tv to work even after following the instructions and was told by front desk they didn’t know how to help I’ve stayed at many Wyndham properties in the last 3 weeks and was planning to stay at more in the next 2. Now rethinking that.

Not pleased to arrive on our first night to find out the elevator was down. My wife has a disability and our room was on the 4th floor. They did find us a room on the third floor but that didnt help much. Then I sat to eat and almost ended up on the floor because 2 legs were broken on the chair. Smallest tv ever. Not pleased at all.
