The large, open-concept living area offers beautiful beach views and opens directly to the deck—ideal for enjoying Surfside sunrises and sunsets with your morning coffee. After a day at the beach, settle in for a cozy family movie night with Netflix and Amazon Prime.

At the entryway, families will love the game table, a perfect spot for board games, puzzles, or friendly competition. A convenient half bath is located just off the entryway under the stairs.

The dining area features a custom-made table seating 10, making family meals easy and memorable. The fully stocked modern kitchen has everything you need to cook at home, whether it’s breakfast before the beach or dinner after sunset.

Retreat / 4th Bedroom (Downstairs): Pyramid bunk bed (twin over full), perfect for kids, with sliding doors for privacy and alternate access from the dining room

A full bathroom and washer/dryer are located next to the main bedroom. Upstairs bedrooms share a full bathroom with walk-in shower, ideal for busy family mornings.

House Rules & Important Information

No parties or large groups, including prom or graduation groups

Maximum occupancy: 12 guests total (including approved day visitors; children under 2 are exempt)
Only registered guests allowed on the property
Exceeding the guest count will result in cancellation without refund



Pet-Friendly (Dogs Only)

Up to 2 dogs allowed
$150 pet fee (paid after booking)
No puppies under 1 year old
Pets must be house-trained and supervised at all times
Large Dog crate provided
Please clean up after pets

Hurricane / Storm Policy

We recommend purchasing trip cancellation/interruption insurance. Refunds are issued only in the event of a mandatory evacuation. Reservation dates cannot be moved.
