Beach Access: Less than a 4 minute drive to Surfside Beach.

WIFI: Free high-speed WIFI is available throughout the home.

Cable: We provide Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own Amazon Prime, Netflix, or other streaming service apps as well.

Pet Policy: Up to 3 pets are welcome in our home with a $25 fee per pet. We ask that pets stay off all furniture, are cleaned up after in the yard, and aren't left alone inside the home unless in a crate or kennel. Please message us if you’re planning on bringing your furry friend!

Large Groups: We love hosting church groups and large family gatherings, however groups over the size of 12 guests must be approved prior to booking.

Parking: There is room for 6 cars in the driveway.

Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

Three comfortable bedrooms complete this level, offering a king-size bed for a luxurious retreat, a queen-size bed for restful nights, and another room with a queen-size bed and a full-over-full bunk bed, ideal for families.

Challenge your friends and family to classic arcade games or a foosball match. Two full-over-full bunk bed sets provide additional sleeping options for larger groups.

Unwind and soak up the sunshine on the expansive front porch, offering a delightful spot for al fresco dining or catching some rays. Step outside downstairs and discover a true backyard oasis! Enjoy a cookout with the provided BBQ pit, have fun with yard games, relax on the swinging bench, or gather around the firepit for cozy evenings alongside the serene canal.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 12 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- No jumping or diving into the canal. Children must be supervised at all times.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
