Fire up the grill and have a delicious BBQ meal while enjoying the serene outdoor environment and watching wildlife. The fire pit is the perfect place to gather in the evening. Make some sâmores and tell stories, or just admire the beautiful starry night sky.
There are two homes on the property. Main House and Cozy Cottage, the distance between houses is 40ft. You are currently in the Cozy Cottage. Both houses are available for rental. If you would like to book the Cozy Cottage along with the Main House, you will need to make a separate booking for each home. Please see the details below.

As a guest, you have access to the full home, including all indoor spaces, and the back porch and fire pit. You can easily check in with the smart lock and enjoy all the amenities!
Other details to Note
ⶠPlease stay on the east side of the property where the cottage is located. Please do not venture into or beyond the swimming pool structure, as that area is reserved for the main house guests and their pets only.
ⶠPlease bring wood for the fire pit and charcoal and lighter fluid if you would like to grill.
ⶠGuests must be age 25 years or older. Anyone under 25 must have in-room adult supervision. Adults must stay in the unit and be available at all times.
â¶There is a fence on the property which separates us from our neighbors on the back part of the property. The sides and front of the property are unfenced.
