The 80sqm 3-room apartment is located on the ground floor of a two-family house. The house is located in Freiburg district Hochdorf and is located on a pedestrian street. The apartment is bright and friendly and offers plenty of space for 6 people. It has a large terrace to the south side. The kitchen is completely and functionally furnished. Directly opposite the bus stops, in the 20-minute intervals in the direction of the city center. The S-Bahn stop is about 1 km away. There are two swimming lakes (Tunisee and Silbersee) nearby.

Apartment 80sqm with terrace:
80 sqm 3-room apartment with two bedrooms (double bed / bunk bed), living room with sofa bed, separate, fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with toilet, shower, bath and a terrace. Bed linen, towels and kitchen towels are provided. Payment is in cash on the day of arrival. Pets are to be registered before arrival and there is a charge of 5 Euros per day.

Arrivals are possible from 14:00 to 18:00 and departures from 08:00 to 11:00.

Spacious apartment in immaculate condition. Two well sized bedrooms with a large living and dining area, plus a well equipped and modern kitchen, with use of the garden terrace. Our hosts were very welcoming and we had use of the drive to park our car. The apartment is about 15 min drive from Freiburg and is well positioned to explore the surrounding area. It's located in a quiet area near fields (great for running, walking and cycling), plus a local supermarket and the wonderful Restaurant Willibad (delicious food!!). Really can't fault it. We loved it

Gastgeber sehr freundlich. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr, sehr gut, die Wohnung sehr geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage der Wohnung ist exzellent. In unmittelbarer Nähe ist die Haltestelle ÖPNV, mit dem man bequem Freiburg aber auch den Kaiserstuhl und den Schwarzwald erreichen kann.

Die Wohnung hält was sie verspricht 👍 Freiburg ist mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln völlig unproblematisch zu erreichen und auch die Anbindung an BAB und Fernverkehr für den Besuch weiter entfernt liegender Ziele ist hervorragend. Die Wohnung in Hochdorf eignet sich bestens für alle Unternehmungen im Bereich Freiburg

Très agréable séjour

Location parfaite avec une place de stationnement privative. La location se trouve au rez-de-chaussée, on y accède par des parties communes, comme dans un petit immeuble. On dispose d'une terrasse donnant sur un super petit jardin très vert. Propreté irréprochable. Environnement résidentiel sympathique. Nous avons adoré Fribourg et ses environs.
