Plus, you’ll have a parking spot all to yourself! <br><br>Located right on the waterfront, it’s an idyllic setting for your vacation or long weekend. <br>Enjoy a breathtaking view of the horizon from our spacious, south-facing terrace. ☀️<br>The beach and the sea are just 20 metres away, and all amenities are nearby.<br><br>The interior is decorated in a refreshing nautical style, in shades of white and navy blue, creating a relaxing atmosphere and immediately immersing you in the seaside vibe. ?️⚓<br><br>Upon opening the front door, you’ll find, in the entryway, a door leading to:<br>- The bathroom with a shower, toilet, and towel warmer?<br>- 1 storage closet?<br><br>You then step into the spacious, light-filled living area, where you’ll find:<br>- 1 double bunk bed, meaning 2 large beds stacked on top of each other?️<br>- 1 sofa <br>- Opposite the sofa, a TV stand and storage unit?<br>- 1 dining area with a table and 4 chairs?️<br>- 1 fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, stovetop, range hood, washing machine, kettle, toaster, as well as kitchen and household utensils?<br><br>A sliding glass door spanning the entire width of the studio allows you, once opened, to enjoy both the interior and the outdoor terrace, which includes:<br>- A large outdoor table with 6 chairs?<br>- 2 lounge chairs?<br>- 1 electric awning (to be closed in case of wind) that provides shade if you wish?️<br><br>The terrace is bordered by a fence covered with a hedge, preserving the occupants’ privacy without obstructing the splendid view of the sea.<br><br>Don’t worry—your keys are safely waiting for you in the key box located on the studio’s front door.
