You have a great team at your hotel. The customer service was fantastic. Big shout out to Bernadette, who really made us feel welcome and went the extra step to make sure we had everything we needed. Her customer interaction and communication skills are stellar, she was the highlight of our visit.

We were not allowed to stay because Holiday Inn lied and told is that all of their properties are pet friendly and they weren’t and wouldn’t allow us to stay. I will be processing a refund request I will NEVER stay at any Holiday Inn again ever.

Staff was amazing, friendly, informative, and wonderful. The person in the breakfast room was very accommodating and helpful. The only thing I would change is the silverware in the breakfast room was cheap cheap cheap.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable. Pool was good. The gym is one treadmill, a bike, a yoga ball and some weights. It is not as pictured on this site. Breakfast options were good and plentiful.
