Our room was supposed to be ready for check in at 3 pm but had not been cleaned until after 4, which caused us to wait for an hour after traveling from out of town, and the receptionist didn't even seem to care that it was an inconvenience to us. The room itself was nice and had the best hotel bed I have ever slept on, but the constant noise in the hallway all night was disturbing. When I opened the microwave to warm my coffee the next morning there was dried food all over the warming plate. And when I opened the refrigerator to get my apple out for breakfast, it was frozen solid! When using the restroom the next day there appeared to be a camera in the air vent above the shower! This hotel had good ratings so I was expecting much more, but was very disappointing and not a pleasant experience to say the least. I will never bring my family back here again!

I got the room here becuase of the hot tub. The hot tub was shut down but luckily the pool was heated and my 6 yr old loved that. The carpets were gross though and the bed was alright until i woke up with bed bug bites all over me.

The hotel lift has not been working over two months now and so is the heated pool. But the hotel has not taken off this amenity from their list. It’s a big disappointment. The lift is not working and had to go to the room through stairs with all the luggage. It’s not a price to pay for this service. Please update the amenity list . Also the floor carpet had stains all over, the bathroom exhaust was not working. All in all not a pleasant experience

Room was clean, staff was great, breakfast buffet was delicious, and it was across from the Fresno Surgery Center. I walked to my surgery and my brother walked back to the room and waited for the call to pick me up. The location for anyone having surgery there is PERFECT!!!

⭐ 1 Star – Terrible Experience, No Accountability Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing from the moment we arrived. Upon check-in, we were informed that the elevator was broken and would not be repaired until mid-January. All available rooms were on the second or third floor, which was never disclosed ahead of time. The rooms were in horrible condition. The manager showed us three different rooms, all of which were unacceptable. Two of them smelled bad and had very dirty carpets. We were forced to choose the “best” option simply because it looked slightly less awful than the others. That same night, we found roaches in our room. This was our first stay at this hotel, and we immediately requested a refund. Both the hotel and Expedia refused. Instead, they moved us to another room, but the odor was so bad that our daughter began having breathing problems. We again requested a refund so we could leave and find a safer place to stay, and once again both the hotel and Expedia denied our request. The lack of cleanliness, poor maintenance, and complete refusal to take responsibility made this a horrible experience. I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.

The room that I stayed in was in good condition, except for the carpet. There were stain spots where traffic is. Housekeeper could have used carpet spot cleaner to spray and cleaned it. Breakfast was ok! The only thing I dislike is the pool area. We stayed there because it had an indoor pool for my kids to swim. The pool area smells of chlorine and musty mold. It could be because of something else. The hot tub was closed. They tried their best to air out the pool room in the morning by opening the doors to the outside. The pool water was also murky looking and the area needs an upgrade. So the only positive thing is that the water is warm around 80 degrees, so I really like that.
