Location was excellent for what we needed and the rates were not too pricey, but our room was dirty and worn and smelled. We also did not have hot water the morning we left. They did provide a breakfast and had good coffee. They do not clean the rooms every day. Bedding was not sufficient. The door into the place from the parking lot was not real secure and we witnessed a family drive up and just get breakfast and leave. I will try someplace different next time I have to stay in Fresno.

Fire alarm going off at 3 am for no reason. Sleep badly disturbed.

Excellent play to stay

Hotel was very clean. Updated but not top quality. Breakfast was good and fresh. We stayed 3 nights and each morning was similar but a new variety. Would stay here again.
