Points faibles : PropretĂ©, commoditĂ©s et Ă©tat et installations de l’hĂ©bergement.
This property needs to be updated. Although it was clean, the master bathroom and guest bathroom are small and look ancient, there was also very little privacy in said bathrooms. Most of the doors in the house not going to the exterior barely close/lock. Upon our arrival there was a few displays around the house stating that there was a password to the wi-fi and that didnt work, when we attempted to call support we were routed to voicemail. All windows are screwed shut save one room. Master bedroom has a window mounted ac unit that is seemingly fastened with duct tape and cardboard. The photos for this property feel intentionally misleading. Will not be staying again, this property needs desperate TLC

Too small

The house was ok. It definitely sleeps 6 . But there is one tiny couch that smells. No other seating except an office chair and the kitchen table chairs, I could honestly say the house itself was clean . The other problem is the apartments beside the house. On my very first day there the man in the apartment stood out front and peed. That was a little scary. Especially since I know he knew I could see him.

Nice size but not deep cleaned (4 adults, 1 teen girl)

Positives: nice size, two bathrooms, working stove, laundry, TV, internet, beds “available”. Easy check in (code lock, but anyone can access the backyard so make sure you lock the back door, no side gate/lock) Cons: DIRTY. Including dusty cobwebs. (Was told they deep clean after each stay
) I have pictures, but no way to upload. Found hair shavings in both sinks and toilets, half drunk bottles and cups, dirty sheets and blankets. Dirty towels. Huge hole in pillow. Super flat pillows, stains on mattresses, no mattress protector. Sheets so thin you can see through them. 5 total bath towels, no clean wash rags. It said space for 6 and had one couch. Dirty dishes in sink. We arrived at 1045pm. I messaged them for an hour with no response. We stayed up until 1:30am cleaning, washing sheets, wiping down everything with disinfectant wipes. The next day, sent their cleaning crew of two ladies; they kept apologizing saying no one told them to clean until that morning (after we arrived). They apologized that they couldn’t clean as well as usual because we were there. (We were getting ready to host an even at The Gardens.) When we left, we stripped the beds, put dirty linens in the laundry area, washed dishes and threw all garbage away. Also not a great area; apparently cars get broken into all the time. House right next to an apartment complex so cars are always parked in front of the house. Said they’d compensate us, but haven’t heard from them since Saturday morning.
