Sleeping arrangements

Two bedrooms comfortably sleep up to four guests. The master bedroom offers a queen bed dressed with fresh linens, while the second bedroom features a set of bunk beds. Extra pillows and blankets are provided for chilly nights. A spacious loft provides a cozy spot to read or gather, though it is intended for lounging rather than sleeping.



Living spaces

Radiant heating keeps the main living area snug throughout the colder months. A Smart TV and fast Wi‑Fi support relaxed evenings or a productive work session at the dedicated workspace, which is set apart by its own door. The indoor fireplace is decorative only and cannot be used. A very slight smoke scent remains from previous owners; most guests do not notice it, but those highly sensitive may prefer another stay. Our cleaning team sweeps the deck, stairs and walkways before each arrival, yet leaves may appear seasonally. Cats are not allowed due to allergies.
