Sleek rooftop in Fuengirola - Ref 215 is a lovely and spacious apartment, perfect for business and leisure stays. The Apartment is located in Fuengirola on the third floor with a lift and consists of 3 rooms. It enjoys a strategic position with mountain and city views.



The Space:

The house is reserved for non-smokers, and is equipped with air conditioning, wifi and a washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, crockery, and the main appliances: oven, microwave, and fridge/freezer.



The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed and 2 single beds, and can accommodate up to 4 people. Additionally, there is one bathroom. The outdoor space consists of the terrace and is enriched by a barbecue and an outdoor dining area.



The cleaning fee includes one set of towels and linen per person.



To make your arrival more comfortable, we provide a small courtesy set with essentials like shampoo and cleaning products. It’s just a small starter package to help you settle in, but you’re welcome to stock up on anything else you might need during your stay!

Los Boliches is one of the most popular and lively neighbourhoods in Fuengirola, located on the eastern side of town. It has a charming mix of traditional Spanish atmosphere and international influence, especially Scandinavian, giving it a unique and welcoming character.



Los Boliches feels like a small town within Fuengirola. It has a friendly, lived-in vibe with local bakeries, tapas bars, cafés, and family-run shops alongside modern restaurants and beachfront chiringuitos. It’s lively year-round, not just in summer, which makes it attractive for both residents and visitors.



The neighbourhood is right on the coast and is known for Playa de Los Boliches, a wide, clean sandy beach with a long seaside promenade. The paseo is perfect for walking, cycling, or enjoying sea views at sunset.



Everything is within walking distance — supermarkets, pharmacies, gyms, boutiques, banks, and plenty of dining options. The area also hosts the Feria del Rosario in October, one of Fuengirola’s biggest festivals.



Los Boliches has its own train station (Cercanías C-1) with direct connections to Málaga city, the airport, Torremolinos, Benalmádena, and the rest of the coast. Several bus routes also serve the area, making it very well-connected.
